International Development Consulting Group (IDCG) is led by founder and CEO, Ramsey Ben-Achour and has a roster of highly experienced consultants specialized in a broad area of specialties and expertise related to international development and humanitarian response. Services are available for every part of the project lifecycle, including project conception and elaboration, project evaluations and assessments, monitoring and evaluation, budget development, donor engagement, as well as technical and political consultations. IDCG provides services in both French and English.

For more than a decade and a half, Ramsey has worked in humanitarian contexts around the world to solve complex issues and bring relief to affected populations. While he has worked in technical, operational, strategy, communications and policy roles, one of his greatest strengths is navigating through the nexus of where strategy meets execution. Ramsey has a child protection and emergency operations background, and managed teams of over 200 staff, budgets exceeding $60 million. He has worked in over 20 countries around the world, including Haiti, Sri Lanka, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, Tunisia, Nepal, Mali, the Palestinian Territories. Ramsey holds a dual bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from the American University of Paris, and a Master’s degree in Development Management from the London School of Economics. Ramsey is trilingual in English, French and German.
